Due to COVID restrictions, our team building was done online. We focused on reflection, rest and reset. The team had a movie day and watched inspiring films to help boost their motivation.

We regularly visit operating theatres and hospitals as part of our drive to ensure that our partners and employees are culturally aware of the perioperative environment. Being aware of our industry allows us to improve and grow.
