These systems are established in consideration of our organizational context, the needs and expectations of our interested parties, and our mission to deliver safe, reliable, and secure healthcare technology solutions.  

 Our information security objectives are to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, manage information security risks effectively, and ensure that all operational, statutory, and regulatory requirements are met.

The QMS and ISMS are designed to ensure that: 

  • Customer and supplier requirements are recognized and fulfilled 
  • Operational and information security risks are identified, assessed, and managed. 
  • Controls are established and maintained to safeguard information assets. 
  • The effectiveness of the QMS and ISMS are monitored, measured, reviewed, and continually improved.  

 Top management is accountable for ensuring the effectiveness of the ISMS and QMS, and for providing the necessary resources to achieve the objectives. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and relevant third parties, who are expected to support and implement the QMS and ISMS in all aspects of their work.
